We found that as we looked to expand the driving school, the quality of instructors available in the local area did not meet with our requirements. Therefore the decision was made to offer our own internal training to ensure that future instructors joining the school would be of a very high quality and be familiar with our customer services.
In no way will you be committed to Kelvin White Driving School Limited, and you will be able to take what ever career path you desire.
Your instructor training course will be performed on a one to one basis and will be delivered by the driving school director and principle trainer Kelvin White.
Kelvin White qualifications;

Pass plus workshop tutor for Somerset Road Safety Partnership
Proprietor of successful driving school with 7 years experience in marketing and customer care.
We implement and deliver a highly successful training course that has been written and developed over a number of years by Phil Hurst MCIPD who is renowned as one of the countries top trainers.
Kelvin has spent 5 days of intensive training with Phil in order to deliver the course to the same exacting standards with the aim to produce top quality instructors,some of which we hope to recruit for our own school here in Somerset.
Beware any one can offer instructor training without having taken the necessary training themselves. Teaching candidates to become driving instructors is a very different skill to teaching learner drivers.
