We compete with the national driving Instructor training companies, not by the size of our advertising budget but by offering a very personal one to one service.
(A very high percentage of ADI training is 2-3 clients per car)

Having run a very successful driving school in the area for over ten years, not only can we guide you to becoming a fully qualified driving Instructor but we can also provide you with the skills to survive once on the register.
We are totally committed to raising the standards of driving Instructor training.
So many training companies 'rip off ‘the general public with incompetent training and sign trainees up under false pretences and false promises.
Some long standing and established driving Instructors will become casualties as the industry becomes more professional and the new breed of driving Instructor who will be highly trained and up to date with modern methods will start to take their business.
A large amount of driving Instructors who have been in the industry for many years , have never taken any type of training and will inevitably fall by the wayside.
Our own driving instructors that have come through the training system have done exceptionally well and command realistic rewards for their efforts.
Our advertising is mostly on a referral basis from successful clients and as the driving school has grown, we have been delighted to offer opportunities to join us.
All of our driving Instructors that have come through the instructor training programme receive ongoing support and internal training.
NO ONE THAT HAS COMPLETED THE COURSE HAS FAILED TO QUALIFY.
National pass rate is around 25%.
Your driving instructor training course will be performed on a one to one basis and will be delivered by a highly qualified trainer.
The driving school currently has two ADI trainers.

We implement and deliver a highly successful driving instructor training course that has been written and developed over a number of years by Phil Hurst MCIPD who is renowned as one of the country’s top trainers.
Kelvin has spent 5 days of intensive training with Phil in order to deliver the course to the same exacting standards with the aim to produce top quality instructors, some of which we hope to recruit for our own school here in Somerset.
Beware any one can offer instructor training without having taken the necessary training themselves. Teaching candidates to become driving instructors is a very different skill to teaching learner drivers.
